1. Return Eligibility
- Products may be returned within 45 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags/labels intact. Used products will incur a 30% deduction from the refund.
- Non-returnable items: Customized/personalized products.
2. Return Process
- Initiate return:
- Account holders: Log in to request a return.
- Guest checkout: Use the guest return portal.
- Repack items: Use original packaging and include the completed Return Form.
- Ship back: We provide a prepaid return label (fees apply).
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
- Deductions:
- $9.95 per label for open-stock items.
- $19.95 per label for cookware sets.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
4. Damaged/Defective Items
- Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence for replacement/refund.

We may revise this policy. Changes will be posted here with the effective date.
