• Orders require account creation or guest checkout. You are responsible for account security.
• Order confirmations via email do not guarantee acceptance. We may decline orders at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are in USD and exclude shipping/taxes. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
• Accepted payment methods: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal.
• Price errors: We charge the lower price if listed incorrectly. For higher prices, we will contact you before processing.

4. Shipping

• Delivery Areas: Continental U.S. only (no PO Boxes).
• Processing Time: 1-3 business days. Delivery takes 3-10 business days (no guarantees).
• Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Return Window: 45 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging.
• Exclusions: Customized/personalized items cannot be returned.
• Fees: $9.95 deducted per return label (open stock); $19.95 for cookware sets.
• Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 10 days of receipt.

6. Warranties

• Cookware: Lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects (proof of purchase required).
• Exclusions: Damage from misuse, commercial use, or unauthorized repairs voids warranty.

7. Liability Limitations

• We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).
• Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law
